Implementation, participation and daily practice
Two complete bilingual research revisits examine a school-based game intervention and how mindfulness app practice connects with everyday life. Each explains the original design, findings, limitations and disclosures. The research dates are stated; these are not papers newly published today.
An independent laboratory with a global research focus
The site now introduces Luoboli as an independent laboratory focused on digital wellbeing research. Research reading and methods lead the homepage; the product page compares publicly described formats from across the field, with owned-product interests disclosed at the same level. This is a positioning and site-structure update, not a new research article or evidence of product outcomes.
Interactive stories and immersive environments
Two bilingual research revisits connect interactive stories and immersive environments with the site’s digital wellbeing focus. Each separates study findings, limitations and untested proposals for Six Realms.
- Does feeling more immersed mean feeling more relaxed? A VR beach experiment
- How can an interactive story respond to the person using it?
The Chinese bedtime-audio article now reports the source-confirmed sleep-duration changes: about 53 minutes for stories and 33 for control, a difference of about 20 minutes. The English figures were already correct. Primary-outcome and secondary-outcome limitations remain. Correction details

The Sleep introduction reflects its current website rather than the earlier preview. Sources and commercial-interest disclosures have been updated.

Nine existing articles have been reframed around emotional support, self-understanding, companionship, and evaluation. Original URLs and study sources are retained. A methods page and topic filters support the revised homepage and sections.
This is an editorial revision with no new hands-on testing or original interviews by this site. Articles disclose AI involvement, evidence limits, and unvalidated proposals.

In a four-week trial of 495 adults, self-reported sleep disturbance improved in all four groups. Three bedtime-audio categories did not clearly outperform same-app active content on the primary outcome.
Chinese and English text, study details, results tables and sources are synchronized, with AI-generation, no-testing, no-interviews and commercial-interest disclosures at the end. Home reading lists, Product insights, RSS and the sitemap have been updated.

A closer look at a June 2026 Collabra paper. The article separates immediate trust in a chatbot from objective reliability, and distinguishes experimentally increased AI responsibility ratings from a correlation between AI and company ratings. Samples, measures, uncertainty and reporting gaps are explained.

The site now focuses on digital wellbeing research and relationships between people and AI. A bilingual projects page introduces the Luoboli game and Luoboli Sleep. The game links to luoboli.cn; Sleep is presented as an interface preview labeled “Stay tuned.”
New research commentary: feeling heard by AI
Today’s full Chinese and English article revisits a 2024 PNAS experiment. It distinguishes response quality from source labels, and immediate feelings from support over time.
Read today’s article →Today’s article now includes Chinese and English AI-generation and sourcing disclosures, explicitly stating that this site did not conduct hands-on product tests or original interviews. Future articles will disclose the actual scope of AI use and original reporting.
Browser icons now include a direct PNG entry and explicit sizes, with revalidation for icon files. The cream-background header logo is retained.
A consistent game name, restored admin and complete logo
The game is now introduced as Luoboli, an AI game for emotional exploration. The homepage keeps research at its centre, with a separate section for the game. Chinese and English introductions, navigation and disclosures have been aligned.
The original admin page and its submission service have been restored alongside the bilingual site. Submissions still enter the review queue; they do not publish directly. The feeds now also include the existing AI sycophancy evaluation guide.
The header now uses the complete logo on its cream background, including the full base and ring. Sharing and browser icons have also been restored.
Research first: a broader direction and a new bilingual article
The site now centres on digital mental wellbeing research and experience exploration. Research questions, evidence and methods lead the homepage; the Luoboli game remains one experience product.
Today’s article revisits a CHI 2025 study of choice and autonomy in emotional games. It distinguishes engagement from relaxation, and immediate experience from lasting psychological effects.
We also refined the Chinese and English copy throughout the site. The homepage now asks: “How can digital experiences provide emotional support?” It focuses on emotion, self-understanding and human connection.
The Product insights section now focuses on user needs, interaction and what changes after use. Its introduction and topic guide have been updated, while the existing articles retain their original evidence and scope.
